④お支払い Payment Confirmation
※お支払い確認後、すぐに制作に取り掛かります。
制作の都合上、発送まで１週間程度のお時間を頂戴しております。
ご容赦のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。
Production will begin promptly after payment is confirmed.
Please allow approximately one week for production and shipping.

⚫︎フレーム（額装）について
本商品にフレームは付属しておりません。
市販の規格サイズ（A0、B1など）のフレームに対応しております。
木製やブラック、ホワイトなど、シンプルなフレームがおすすめです。
⚫︎FramesFrames are not included.
All posters fit standerd frame sizes (A0,B1,etc).
Simple wooden,black,or white frames are recommended.

⚫︎梱包、発送について
ポスターは折らずに丸めて状態で専用の梱包資材にて発送いたします。
防水対策を行い、輸送中のダメージを防ぐよう配慮しています。
※海外への配送は、提携の配送サービスを通じて行われます。
⚫︎Packaging&Shipping
Posters are carefully rolled and shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage.
Water-resistant measures are also applied.
※For international orders,shipping is handied through our partnered delivery service.
⚫︎色味、仕上がりについて
お使いのモニター環境により、実際の色味と異なって見える場合があります。
また、印刷工程上、ごく僅かな個体差が生じることがあります。
作品の特性としてご理解いただけますと幸いです。

Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your display environment.
Minor variations may also occur during the printing process.
We appreciate your understanding regarding these slight variations in color and finish.
⚫︎破損、不良について
万が一、配送中の破損や不良があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
状態が確認できるお写真をご提供いただいた上で、再送または返金にて対応いたします。
⚫︎Damaged or Defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective,please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly provide photos of the item and packing, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
